Ask all partners and participants to use the same project hashtag when posting on social media. Sometimes it’s good to use hashtag that connects your project to a wider movement - then use popular hashtag. If you wish that your project posts would not be mixed with any other posts, then find a unique hashtag. You can use https://ritetag.com/ website to get instant hashtag suggestions and it will show if anyone is using the hashtag you chose.
Then you can use a range of social media walls to show all the posts published with your project hashtag. Here are a few websites to set up your social media wall based on the posts on networks like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter:https://walls.io/https://www.socialmediawall.io/
