Writing an application can be fun and creative if you involve young people and all partners!
Use this template to collect partners’ input to the application form. Once the partnership is confirmed, you can send a survey link to each partner. Give a deadline and follow-up if each partner is submitting all the information needed.IMPORTANT! Make a copy of the Partner contribution Google form
Just open this file;
Click on 3 dots on the top right corner and make a copy of the file;
Adapt the form by adding your project name, dates and any other information needed.
Then click the button “send”, copy the link to the survey and send it to all your partners.
When partners start submitting their information, you can generate one single file with all responses so that all partners and your youth group could see what the partners are writing.
