This is the most important step in developing and growing your youth exchange. This playlist will help you to design the project: ensuring the participation of all group members, confirming the topic and theme for the exchange, identifying goals and aims for the project, creating a timetable of activities and identifying learning outcomes.
If you have followed playlists 1 and playlist 2, you have built your national group and confirmed international partners. Now, it is time to get creative and for all of you to get involved in the design of the project.

Everyone can be involved in designing a youth exchange.
Use the following 2 templates during your meetings with a group:
- Download and print activity cards for the ‘Movie Stars’ activity
- Make a copy and fill in (or ask someone from your group to fill in) a template with a daily activity programme. Double check with a National Agency in the country where you apply for the requirements for daily activity programme
