This learning playlist contains almost 20 online tools which can be used at various stages of the youth exchange. These tools are presented at each "Star of Europe" playlist. Here you have all the tools in one place. You can use some of the tools for various moments of the project. Just choose what makes sense and how that tool can increase involvement young people and partners or how can it spark learning in a youth exchange project.

Then share the document with your partners. Follow this tutorial on basic functions to manage your google docs. Just choose which Operational System are you planning to use and you’ll see essential steps indicated.
Organise a meeting during the youth exchange to agree with each partner on which report part will be done by each partner.
Sometimes questions in the Mobility Tool+ change. Make sure you check questions of the latest report and add new ones to this google document template.
