6.6 Grant application: project management and preparation of participants

The Erasmus+ funding application requires describing preparation with young people and involvement of your partners in several parts of the application.
In the ‘Project Management’ section, answer the following questions:
How will you address quality and management issues:-- setting up agreements with partners-- setting up learning agreements with participants-- other management issues
It is recommended that you clearly explain how your young people and partners will be actively involved in all phases of managing your youth exchange project: preparation, implementation, evaluation and follow-up activities. Make sure you explain which tasks will be done by the partners and their youth groups and how you will support active involvement of young people.
