Inhalt

This is the most important step in developing and growing your youth exchange. This playlist will help you to design the project: ensuring the participation of all group members, confirming the topic and theme for the exchange, identifying goals and aims for the project, creating a timetable of activities and identifying learning outcomes.
If you have followed playlists 1 and playlist 2, you have built your national group and confirmed international partners. Now, it is time to get creative and for all of you to get involved in the design of the project.

Inhalt

Padlet is an application for creating online boards that you can use to display information for any topic. Easy to create an account and build a new board. You can add images, links, videos, and more.
Create headings for different days of the project so that people could work together and add different methods and activities to them. For example, Arrival Day - Name Games and Group Building; people share ideas for name games and Group Building activities. Always keep the topic in mind and make sure that activities connect in some way. You can move them from day to day, up and down until you think you have a programme that looks and feels like the right one.
Young people can select the ones they are most interested in and the ones they can actively help to implement or supervise during the exchange. Methods can include photography, visits, comics, plasticine, use of newspapers, participation of people outside the partner groups, debate, online quizzes, simulation games, opinion polls on a street, competitions, outdoor events, music, theatre, interviews, team work, designing a poster, production of flyers, environmental art, comparison of things, videos, role plays, demonstration… can you come up with more? Using Padlet you get to see the balance of possible activities and methods for the whole week.
