Check the video tutorial on how to define evaluation activities and where to describe them in the application form: ‘Evaluation’, which is part of the ‘Follow-up’ section. 
You will be asked to define which activities will you carry out in order to assess whether, and to what extent, your project has reached its objectives and foreseen results. When defining ways how will you evaluate the project, consider focusing on the following:
﻿What do you need to evaluate? (Usually it is about objectives, quality of activities and outcomes of the project) 
﻿How will you evaluate? What methods would you use? 
﻿How young people will be involved in evaluation activities?
