This is the most important step in developing and growing your youth exchange. This playlist will help you to design the project: ensuring the participation of all group members, confirming the topic and theme for the exchange, identifying goals and aims for the project, creating a timetable of activities and identifying learning outcomes.
If you have followed playlists 1 and playlist 2, you have built your national group and confirmed international partners. Now, it is time to get creative and for all of you to get involved in the design of the project.

Content

The content generated at this stage will be useful when describing practical arrangements and management of your project and when completing the activities section in the application for Erasmus+ co-funding. You can make use of this content in several parts of the application.
In the ‘Practical Arrangements' section, answer the following questions:
  • How will the practical and logistic matters of each planned activity be addressed:-- travel-- accommodation-- insurance, safety and protection of participants-- visa (if applicable)-- mentoring and support-- preparatory meeting with partners (APV)
In the ‘Project Management' section, answer the following questions:
  • How will you address quality and management issues:-- setting up of agreements with partners-- learning agreements with participants

In the ‘Main Activities' section, answer the following questions:
  • What are the context and objectives of the activities that you are planning?
  • In which way do they meet the objectives of the project?
  • What are the basic elements of these activities? Remember to describe:-- type of activity-- venue(s)-- planned dates-- working methods used-- countries involved and the role of each project partner in the activity-- involvement of participants from all partner groups.
